Attractions include an extensive display of quilts, quilt shop vendors, quilter’s technique demonstrations, raffle baskets, quilter’s cafe and more. Once again, the Valley Quilt Guild will be having a boutique of hand-crafted items for sale. The Guild members are focusing on making giveaways in addition to all the wonderful items you will find at the boutique.

 

Admission is $5.00 per person, children 12 and under are free. The parking is free and the entire venue is handicap accessible, all on ground level. 

 

There is even a chance to win a raffle quilt. Being raffled for $1 per ticket, or 6 tickets for $5, will be a one-of-a-kind quilt crafted by some of our members.  Tickets will be available before and during the quilt show. 

 

Funds generated by the Quilt Show help the Valley Quilt Guild continue its community outreach, donating quilts to various organizations such as Snuggled in Hope, Veterans Services, Red Cross, Job & Family Services Foster//Adoption unit, area hospitals and more.

• Featured Quilter - The Valley Quilt Guild of Tuscarawas County is excited to announce Cinda Pottmeyer as the featured quilter for the 2024 Quilt show on October 11 and 12, 2024.  Cinda has been a member of the Guild since 2006. She served in many leadership positions throughout her time in the Guild. She participates in various community service projects sponsored by the Guild including making pillowcases and quilts.  Cinda also instructs several quilting classes and has co-authored a book on the Multiple Madness technique. Join us to celebrate the talents of our featured quilter, Cinda Pottmeyer.
